Unjha – Spot cumin seed was quoted lower in benchmark Unjha market as prices scaled down by Rs 50 per 20 kg Saturday. Increasing arrivals as well as dull demand dragged the prices down. In Unjha, new cumin seed rough traded at Rs 1,350-1,750 per 20 kg, foreign quality at Rs 2,400-2,530 per 20 kg and NCDEX quality at Rs 2,600-2,700. Arrival in Unjha market was 25,000 bags while, 18,000-20,000 bags were traded. |
